制定档案安全风险的评价指标是确保档案安全的有效保障。本文从我国档案工作实际出发,分析我国当前档案安全风险的类别和来源,按照指导原则、要求和运行方式,建立起我国档案安全风险评价指标体系,制定出降低档案安全风险、提高评价指标效果的实施措施及实现方式。
Formulating the evaluation index of file security risk is an effective guarantee to ensure file security.
