随着市场经济的发展,建筑项目不断增多,造成管理跨度大,对工程安全的、质量等方面存在一定的隐患。本文是作者结合实际建筑施工管理中遇到的问题,提出对现场管理、施工管理的创新以及后期施工管理等几方面谈谈自己的观点和看法,希望能引起参考和借鉴。
