本文主要研究在摄象管中增加多磁光电阴极的厚度,从而延长红光响应,提高了积分灵敏度;并从工艺上进行研究,提高了多碱光电阴极在摄象管中的峰值波长和阈值波长。在光电阴极的膜厚约110nm时,光谱响应峰值波长为630nm,阈值波长为950nm,且曲线蜂值部分相当平缓,积分灵敏度达300μA/lm。使硅靶微光摄象管在低照度单级使用的情况下效果更加明显。
In this paper, we mainly increase the thickness of the multi-magneto-electro-optical cathode in the camera tube to prolong the red response and improve the integral sensitivity. Furthermore, we study the process to improve the peak wavelength and threshold of the multi-alkali photocathode in the camera tube wavelength. When the thickness of photocathode is about 110nm, the spectral response peak wavelength is 630nm and the threshold wavelength is 950nm. The curve bee value is quite flat and the integral sensitivity is 300μA / lm. So that the target silicon low light single-stage use of the case of the effect is more obvious.
