城镇化建设将促进区域内经济结构和产业结构的快速调整,并对劳动力的层次、规格与数量提出了更高的要求。高等职业教育要服务于城镇化建设,必须从城镇化建设与发展的需求出发,调整专业布局和培养目标,改革人才培养模式,加强对农村劳动力的非农职业技能培训。
Urbanization will promote the rapid adjustment of the economic structure and industrial structure in the region and put forward even higher demands on the level, size and quantity of the workforce. In order to serve the urbanization, higher vocational education must start from the demand of urbanization and development, adjust the professional layout and training objectives, reform the personnel training mode, and strengthen the non-agricultural vocational skills training for the rural labor force.
