In 2016, the tasks of development, reform and tackling hardships in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period have been kicked off. The fighting horn has been sounded in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The development concept, strategic ideas and major measures put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee are being extensively and deeply implemented in the work practices of various industries. The spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session put forward new and higher requirements on the role of the financial authorities in better performing the functions of the government in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period. The financial departments at all levels in Inner Mongolia must thoroughly implement the whole
