The Strait of Gibraltar between Spain and Morocco cuts off traffic on Europe and the African continent. So far, three schemes have been proposed for the connection of the Strait of Gibraltar. A is a submarine tunnel scheme with a total length of 44km. A suspension bridge with a total length of 30km and a maximum main span of 2000m is used for the B line.
