胃癌是普外科常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,主要治疗方法是以手术为主的综合疗法,据专家统计,40%的胃癌患者死于术后营养不良而非本身治疗因素,胃癌术后由于手术创伤等应急反应使患者机体代谢紊乱的症状进一步加重,从而加重营养不良,导致并发症增加,患者康复延迟,住院时间长。胃癌术后合理营养支持对促进患者尽早康复已达成共识。临床资料1一般资料:2007年1月~2010年11月行胃癌根治术4例,男32例,女17例;手术方式:贲门侧胃癌根治术伴胃食管吻
Gastric cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal malignancies in general surgery. The main treatment is based on surgery-based comprehensive therapy. According to expert statistics, 40% of gastric cancer patients die of malnutrition after surgery rather than their own therapeutic factors. Emergency response such as surgical trauma further aggravates the symptoms of patients with metabolic disorders, thus aggravating malnutrition, leading to increased complications, delayed recovery of patients and long hospital stay.
