当前,道德在市场经济条件下的现状不为乐见,对学生的道德教育带来较大冲击。学校“道德银行”是近年来推出的旨在推进学生道德建设的一种创新的方式,其目的是引领学生崇尚道德,提高学生的道德认识水平,培养学生良好的道德行为习惯。常州纺院服装系创新教育形式,以“道德银行”为载体开展德育工作,成效显著。二年来,笔者努力探索“道德银行”在学生道德教育乃至全社会发挥作用的办法和机制。
At present, the status quo of morality under the condition of a market economy is not optimistic, which has a great impact on the moral education of students. School “Ethical Bank ” is an innovative way introduced in recent years to promote students’ moral construction. Its purpose is to lead students to advocate morality, improve students’ moral awareness and cultivate students’ good moral and behavioral habits. Changzhou Textile Institute Department of innovative clothing in the form of education, “moral bank” as the carrier to carry out moral education, with remarkable results. In the past two years, the author has tried hard to explore the ways and mechanisms that “moral bank” plays a role in student moral education and even the whole society.
