建起首家扶贫医院 扶余县位于东北平原松花江与第二松花江的夹角之中。这个远离中心城市、收入低于全省平均线的农业县,是吉林省财政的重点补贴县,没有足够的资金来发展全县的医疗卫生事业。生活在该县的67.4万农民长期以来一直面临“有病看不起”的困境,因病返贫的农民高达60％! 这一现状深深地刺激了扶余县人民医院院长兼党总支书记许国精的神经,令他食不甘味。
Established the first poverty alleviation hospital Fuyu County is located between the Songhua River and the Second Songhua River in the Northeast Plain.
