采用体外温孵系统,观察麝香糖蛋白成分麝香-1对体外血小板活化因子激活的大鼠中性白细胞某些功能,包括超氧阴离子产生和溶酶体酶释放的影响。结果表明:麝香-1在1μg/mL~100μg/mL终浓度下,可使中性白细胞超氧阴离子生成量增加109%~291%,在10μg/mL~100μg/mL终浓度下,可使β-葡糖苷酸酶释放量降低6%~51%,使溶菌酶释放量降低7%~21%。抑制溶酶体酶释放可能是麝香抗炎作用机制之一。
An in vitro incubation system was used to observe the effects of rutin-1, a rutin component of the rutin, on the in vitro activation of certain functions of rat neutrophils activated by platelet activating factor, including superoxide anion production and lysosomal enzyme release. The results showed that Huoxiang-1 can increase the production of superoxide anion in neutrophils by 109% to 291% at a final concentration of 1μg/mL to 100μg/mL, and β can be used at a final concentration of 10μg/mL to 100μg/mL. - The release of glucuronidase decreased by 6% to 51%, and the release of lysozyme decreased by 7% to 21%. Inhibition of lysosomal enzyme release may be one of the mechanisms of musk anti-inflammatory action.
