我校经历了从一个区直属的小学,到独立小学,现在成为了一个教学点。作为此校的一名教师无可奈何。我任教小学的5年时间里,我班被家长三次告状,他们状告理由是:1.我利用空余时间给学生义务讲作业,影响了他们休息。2.对于某些孩子不能要求成绩,因为我打电话告诉了他孩子的情况,有伤家长的面子。3.我对我班的孩子要求严格了,他们觉得没有必要。我反思自己,从班级管理的角度来说,我并没有错,从学校德育要求来看,我也没有错。具体德育内容主要有以下十条:一、热爱祖国的教育;二、热爱中国共产党的教育;三、热爱人民的教育;四、热爱集体的教育;五、热爱劳动、艰苦奋斗的教育;六、努力学习、热爱科学的教育;七、文明礼貌、遵守纪律的教育;八、民主与法制观念的启蒙教育;九、良好的意志、品格教育;十、辩证唯物主义观点的启蒙教育。因此,针对这一情况,我还专门召开家长会,对家长进行一次问卷调查。经过3年的研究与实践,我将从学生的家庭教育重要性,学校德育的重要性,以及学校德育对家庭教育的影响以及衔接四方面方面阐释。

Specific moral education content mainly has the following ten: First, love the motherland education; Second, love the Communist Party of China education; Third, love the people’s education; Fourth, love group education; Fifth, love labor, hard work education; Learning and love of science education; education of civilized manners and discipline; education of discipline and discipline; education of enlightenment of concepts of democracy and legal system; education of good will and character; education of morality and dialectical materialism. Therefore, in response to this situation, I also held a special parenting conference to conduct a survey on parents. After three years of research and practice, I will explain the importance of family education in schools, the importance of school moral education, the impact of school moral education on family education and the convergence.
