今年以来,在市委、市政府的领导下,我市认真贯彻中央稳定经济的方针,经过全市人民的共同努力,广州市经济逐渐回升,工业总产值下降幅度逐月缩小,外贸出口保持良好的增长势头,投资规模继续得到控制,物价平稳。但市场疲软状况未有明显改变,经济效益仍不理想,经济发展尚未走出低谷,整个经济形势依然十分严峻。
