脑出血患者早期静脉应用活血通络药物进行治疗 ,过去在医学界被划为禁区。近 2 a来我们根据中医理论 :脑出血后离经之血痹于脑窍形成瘀血的病理特点 ,选择了具有活血祛瘀 ,通脉活络作用的脑明注射液 ,对 10 0例脑出血患者早期 (发病后第 3天 )进行治疗观察研究 ,取得了满意疗效
