以农业合作化为社会基础,以农业机械化为重点,毛泽东服务农业的科技思想内容丰富。但农业合作制因为演变成人民公社集体制出现危机,最终被家庭承包经营责任制所取代。然而,家庭承包经营责任制却暴露出农业科技需求疲软和供给不足的现实困境。当前,传承毛泽东农业合作化思想精髓,发展农民专业合作社,应当成为解决社会主义新农村建设中农业科技服务供给不足的可行选择。
To agricultural cooperation into a social basis, focusing on agricultural mechanization, Mao Zedong’s agricultural science and technology content rich. However, the system of agricultural cooperation evolved into a crisis in the collective system of people’s communes and was eventually replaced by the responsibility system of family contract-management. However, the responsibility system of household contract management exposes the real predicament of weak demand and insufficient supply of agricultural science and technology. At present, inheriting the essence of Mao Zedong’s agricultural cooperative ideology and developing peasant professional cooperatives should become a viable option to solve the problem of insufficient supply of agricultural science and technology services in the new socialist countryside construction.
