本文用农垦58品种、矮杆农垦58S、鄂宜105S与农垦58S杂交,以花粉育性、自交结实率、自然结实率和单株目测四种育性指标签定植株育性。遗传分析杂种后代不育株和可育株的分离比例,结果表明:农垦58S的不育性是受一对隐性主基因控制。
In this study, Nongken 58 variety, Dwarf barley cultivar 58S, Eryi 105S and Nongken 58S were crossed to determine plant fertility by pollen fertility, selfing seed setting rate, natural seed setting rate and visual inspection of four plants. The segregation ratio of sterile lines and fertile plants was analyzed by genetic analysis. The results showed that the sterility of Nongken 58S was controlled by a pair of recessive major genes.
