大型金切机床导轨具有精度高、尺寸庞大和不易调整等特点。因此,在对大型金切机床床身(包括横梁、立柱)导轨修理时带来了难度,若采用人工刮研进行修理则太费劳力,而若用机加工方法进行修理,则一般工厂又不具备能够满足修理如此大件的重型龙门铣刨床和重型导轨磨床。为此,我们研制了带有数控装置的导轨自修复装置。下面将对自修复装置的工作原理、机电各部分特性以及工艺试验和具体使用情况作一简单介绍。
