企业信息披露的严重失实已为广大学术界、实业界所公认,对于企业信息供给不实带来的弊端,学术界早有颇多论述,而通过经济学界学者们的论著,立法部门也对企业信息供给行为有了一定的认识并建立了一批规范企业信息供给行为的法律制度以协调和解决信息供给者与使用者之间的矛盾。

For the malpractices brought by the supply of enterprise information, there are many discussions in academia. Through the treatises by economists and scholars, Information supply behavior has a certain understanding and established a number of norms of corporate information supply behavior of the legal system to coordinate and solve the contradiction between information providers and users.
