本文报导了56例一岁以上乳幼儿急、慢性鼻窦炎,不同程度的扁桃体肥大、腺样体炎伴急、慢性中耳炎、反复上呼吸道感染的观察材料。在综合治疗中使用了鼻窦药液置换疗法和鼠尾草、雏菊、车前草煎剂吸入疗法。为保证引流通畅和控制治疗有些病儿还进行了穿刺冲洗术。如此治疗3～6次,均获良好效果。著者建议推广这一
This article reports 56 cases of acute and chronic sinusitis in children over one year of age, varying degrees of tonsillar hypertrophy, adenoiditis with acute and chronic otitis media, repeated upper respiratory tract infection observed material. Sinus liquid replacement therapy and sage, daisy, plantain decoction inhalation therapy are used in the comprehensive treatment.
