最近又出现了一个热门话题, “集邮协会会员分级管理”。据报载,湖北省集邮协会已于2002年10月推出了省级会员、市级会员和会员的三级管理办法。集邮是群众自觉自愿的业余文化活动,想集就集,无拘无束。集多集少,水平高低并不重要。成立集邮组织,无非是使这项纯个人爱好的活动开展的更加丰富多彩,给大家提供一个相互交流的机会,达到陶冶情操,增长知识的目的。既然如此,何必把大家分成三六九等,找不痛快。
Recently there has been a hot topic, “philatelic association member classification management.” According to reports, Hubei Province Philatelic Association has launched in October 2002 the provincial-level members, municipal members and members of the three management practices. Philately is a voluntary cultural activities of the masses, want to collect on the set, unrestrained. Set less than the set level is not important. The establishment of a philatelic organization is nothing more than making this purely personal hobby a more colorful event and giving everyone an opportunity to exchange ideas so as to cultivate sentiments and increase their knowledge. In that case, why should we all be divided into 369 and so on, find not happy.
