一、碳酸饮料上榜理由:碳酸饮料中的糖分较高,长期喝容易导致发胖。“可乐”等大部分碳酸饮料中含有安钠咖,与咖啡因属同类,同时还含防腐剂,因此,长期饮用碳酸饮料不仅没有营养价值,而且影响身体健康。二、膨化食品上榜理由:膨化食品含盐量高,研究表明,含有大量碳水化合物的谷物类,如果进行烧、烤、油炸等烹调处理,会导致生成具有致癌作用的丙烯酰胺。因此,常食薯片、虾条等不仅得不到必要的营养,食品卫生安全也得不到保障,对健康不利。
