为了尽快提高教学质量,我们开展了校际联动,促进校本研修。通过校际间、片际间互动研讨的平台,我找到了解决教学中存在问题的办法。一是搜集问题,确定主题。针对自己教学中出现的问题,我们确立了片内语文研修的主题是“深入领会课标精神,提高识字与写字教学的有效性”。二是主题学习,理论武装。根据研修主题,我首先学习2011版课标中有关识字与写字的教学要求,总体上是多认少写。三个学段都要求学生养成独立识字、写字姿势正确、有良好的书写习惯,并且在每天的语文课中安排10分钟的写字时间。我还学习了识字与写字教学理论,
In order to improve the quality of teaching as soon as possible, we have launched inter-school linkage to promote school-based training.
