建设工程涉及业务多,范围广,规模大,所以建设工程监理工作对施工阶段的质量起着重要的控制作用。建设工程监理对施工阶段质量管理控制显得尤为重要,受到了国家政府部门的高度重视。本文首先对城市建设工程施工监理质量控制的内容进行简要论述,并且通过案例分析,就其中存在的问题有针对性的提出完善策略,以期能对相关人士有所裨益。
Construction involves many businesses, a wide range of large-scale construction supervision work on the quality of the construction phase plays an important role in the control. Construction supervision is of great importance to the quality control during the construction phase and is highly valued by the government departments of the country. In this paper, firstly, the content of quality control of construction supervision in urban construction project is briefly discussed, and through case analysis, the existing problems are pointed out to improve the strategy in order to benefit the relevant persons.
