同轴平面扬声器是直接辐射式平面振膜扬声器的新发展,它可获得一般圆锥形扬声器所不能达到的性能改进的效果。 1)将声源的扩散保持在最小的范围内以增强声象,将四只平面振膜扬声器同轴地安装在一起就可达到这个目的。由于每只扬声器都分别占据从次声频率到超声频率的整个声频谱中的一部分,因而所有四只扬声器的声中心在一个平面上同心。这样就使得来自所有振膜的声的发源和其到达的时间都是相等的,为此,所有频率之间的时间延迟都能保持在最小范围内。 2)由于消除了普通锥形振膜前室所固有的谐振频率以及分割频率特性,可获得平坦和平滑的频率响应 3)通过采用夹层结构,我们实现了使振膜在较宽的频率范围内进行活塞运动。这种夹层结构是由两块石墨聚合物组合片用铝箔蜂窝状芯材粘接在其中而构成的。石墨聚合物蒙皮材料既要内部损耗大又要保证芯子材料具有高抗弯刚性。采用这样的结构可制成一种平面振膜,这振膜能在比较宽的频率范围内保持活塞运动并且具有平坦的频率特性和极好的瞬态响应特性
Coaxial planar loudspeakers are new developments in direct-fired planar diaphragm loudspeakers that provide performance improvements that are not achievable with typical conical speakers. 1) Maintain diffusion of the sound source to a minimum extent to enhance the sound image. This is accomplished by installing four flat diaphragm loudspeakers coaxially. Since each loudspeaker occupies a portion of the entire acoustic spectrum from the infrasound to the ultrasonic frequency, the center of sound of all four loudspeakers is concentric on a single plane. This results in the generation of sound from all diaphragms equal to the time of arrival, so that the time delay between all frequencies can be kept to a minimum. 2) Flat and smooth frequency response can be obtained by eliminating the inherent resonance frequency and split frequency characteristics of the normal conical diaphragm anterior chamber. 3) By using the sandwich structure, we have achieved the diaphragm in a wide frequency range Piston exercise. The sandwich structure is formed by joining two pieces of graphite polymer sheets with an aluminum foil honeycomb core material. Graphite polymer skin material both internal loss and to ensure that the core material has high bending rigidity. With such a structure, a flat diaphragm can be made which maintains the piston motion over a relatively wide frequency range and has flat frequency characteristics and excellent transient response characteristics
