儿科学是临床医学中一门主干学科,随着社会地发展,对儿科医生的要求越来越高。但是目前传统的理论教学不能适应医学发展的要求。儿科医生高风险、低回报的现状导致学生对儿科学课程不重视。但是,对于高职高专学生而言,就业大多在基层医院和社区医院,儿童占了不小的比例。因此儿科疾病也是需要很好的掌握。所以,学校应当采取一系列的措施加强儿科学教学,不仅需要传统的理论教学,而且需要训练学生的临床思维。
Pediatrics is a key discipline in clinical medicine. With the social development, the requirements for pediatricians are getting higher and higher. However, the current theoretical teaching can not meet the requirements of medical development. Pediatricians with high-risk, low-return status led to the students do not pay attention to pediatrics. However, for vocational college students, employment mostly in primary hospitals and community hospitals, children accounted for a small proportion. Therefore, pediatric diseases also need a good grasp. Therefore, the school should take a series of measures to strengthen pedagogy teaching, not only need the traditional theory of teaching, but also need to train students’ clinical thinking.
