红领巾水库位于内蒙古自治区土默特左旗水磨沟口,是一九五八年动工兴建的一座灌溉防洪中型水库。总库容1660万立米,有效库容820万立米。灌区总土地面积约15万亩。水库坝高41.2米,施工导流洞洞径1.2米,进口高程高于河底4.45米,放水洞洞径1.4米,进口高程高于河底17米,两洞最大泄量28.44秒立米。
Red scarf reservoir is located in Shuimugou Mizoguchi, Tumotezuo of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It was an irrigated and flood-proof medium-sized reservoir that was started in 1958. The total storage capacity of 16.6 million cubic meters, 8.2 million cubic meters of effective storage capacity. Irrigation area total land area of about 15 acres. Reservoir dam height 41.2 meters, the construction of diversion tunnel diameter of 1.2 meters, the import elevation higher than 4.45 meters at the river bottom, drainage hole diameter of 1.4 meters, the elevation of the import 17 meters above the river bottom, two holes the maximum discharge of 28.44 seconds Li meters.
