投标报价是以投标方式获得工程时,确定承包该工程的总造价。报价是业主选择中标者的主要标准,也是业主和投标者签订合同的依据。报价是工程投标的核心,报价过高,会失去中标机会;过低,即使中标,也会给工程带来亏本的风险。因此,标价过高或过低都不可取,要从宏观角度对工程报价进行控制,力求报价适当,以提高中标率和经济效益。投标技巧,其实质就是在保证工程质量和工期的条件下,寻求一个好的报价。
Bidding is bidding to obtain the project, determine the total cost of contracting the project.
