我厂采用纯氧顶吹转炉钢连续铸锭坯生产中板的历史还不长,从1972年7月1日开始试生产到现在,仅有三年多时间。在这期间,我厂有关车间、部门和冶金部、一机部连铸攻关组一起,对采用连铸坯生产中板的工艺问题进行了摸索,并围绕着不断提高铸坯和板材的质量做了一系列的试验研究工作。本文所要介绍的就是我们初步摸索到的以 AD_3为代表的关于铸坯的质量和轧后板材质量的一些情况,以及用连铸坯生产中板的一些主要技术经济指标。对采用连铸坯生产中的某些工艺问题有待于今后作进一步的试验研究。
