前列腺癌是发生在前列腺上皮的恶性肿瘤,具有较高的发生率和死亡率。本文基于前列腺癌发生发展的生物分子学机制,构建动力学模型模拟其在癌症中的作用,为前列腺癌的诊断和预后提供帮助。对于单一分子功能研究,比如信号通道、蛋白质网络,构建常微分方程组即可模拟分子变化曲线。对于多阶段的分子功能研究,可构建分段线性数学模型量化过程。动力学模型模拟计算可由MATLAB编程得到。
Prostate cancer is a malignant tumor of the prostate epithelium, with a high incidence and mortality. Based on the molecular mechanism of the development of prostate cancer, this paper constructs a kinetic model to simulate its role in cancer and aids in the diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer. For a single molecular function studies, such as signal channels, protein networks, the establishment of ordinary differential equations to simulate the molecular curve. For multi-stage molecular function studies, a piecewise linear mathematical model can be constructed. Kinetic model simulation calculations can be MATLAB programming.
