本文对16例胃癌手术切除标本(其中高分化癌4例,中分化癌2例,低分化癌7例,未分化癌3例)进行Ag-NORs计数和细胞核DNA含量的FCM测定,探索这两种指标的相关性以及在胃癌病理诊断中的意义。研究结果发现胃癌细胞的Ag-NORs值随着细胞周期中增殖细胞百分比数的增加而增加,呈显著相关性(r=0.67,P<0.01),但它与胃癌的分化程度及DNA倍体无显著关系(P>0.05)。本文的研究结果提示:Ag-NORs技术同样可反映细胞的增殖状态,可作为一种定量指标。如能把Ag-NORs技术和流式细胞仪技术结合起来,联合应用,可以更精确地反映细胞的增殖情况。至于它们与胃癌预后的关系尚待进一步研究。
In this paper, Ag-NORs and nuclear DNA content in FCM were measured in 16 surgical specimens of gastric cancer (including 4 well-differentiated carcinomas, 2 moderately differentiated carcinomas, 7 poorly differentiated carcinomas, and 3 undifferentiated carcinomas). The relevance of these indicators and their significance in pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer.
