As an element of education, the relationship between teachers and students plays an important role in the quality of education that we can not define by standard. For pupils, the teacher-student relationship is more like a catalyst. The pros and cons of the pupil largely determine the success or failure of our education. Therefore, efforts to create a good relationship between teachers and students has become an important part of primary education and teaching. My understanding of this is confirmed once again in a movie that I recently saw. The film, titled “The Spring of Cattle Classes,” tells of Matthew, who was at the bottom of his life, came to an adjunct school called “the bottom of a pond” and became a superintendent here.
