本文探讨了在氧气底吹炉内进行含铌铁水预脱硅时的熔池反应规律,指出了硅铌选择性氧化的机理:铁水中铌的氧化反应主要发生在熔池内氧气射流区,而在初生渣上浮过程中,(Nb_2O_5)被[Si]所还原,达到了硅铌选择性氧化的效果。较大的熔池深度和较小的L/H(氧气射流长度/熔池深度)以及较好的动力学条件,可使硅铌选择性氧化反应趋近平衡状态,从而有利于铁水中硅铌的分离。
