新型农村合作医疗制度为保障农民获得基本卫生服务、缓解农民因病致贫和因病返贫创造了条件,受到农民群众的欢迎。今年是“新农合”10周年,济源市作为我国首批试点市,从2003年开始实行至今取得了一定的成效。本文正是着眼于此,通过分析济源市施行“新农合”的现状,思考“新农合”未来的发展方向,提出完善我国“新农合”的建议,推动新型农村合作医疗制度更加合理、有效、稳定地运行。
The new rural cooperative medical system has created conditions for ensuring farmers’ access to basic health services, alleviating peasants’ poverty due to illness and returning to poverty due to illness, and has been welcomed by the peasants. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the “new rural cooperative medical system.” Jiyuan City, as the first batch of pilot cities in China, has achieved certain results since its introduction in 2003.
