目的:观察奇可力多糖对脂肪肝大鼠的治疗效果,探讨其药效学机制。方法:采用高脂饮食和白酒灌胃,经8w建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,用奇可力多糖治疗4w,并与东宝肝泰进行对比,观测,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG);血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT);肝脂—TG、TC;肝微粒体后上清心肌黄酶(DTD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)。结论:奇可力多糖治疗脂肪肝的效应及药效学机制为:调整脂质代谢,降低血清甘油三脂和胆固醇;减轻肝细胞脂肪变性;促进肝细胞功能恢复,有效治疗脂肪性肝炎;抗脂质过氧化,提高抗氧化酶活性、降低脂质过氧化产物含量。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of cholobiotic polysaccharide on fatty liver in rats and explore its pharmacodynamic mechanism. Methods: A rat model of fatty liver was established by using high-fat diet and white wine. Fatty liver model was established in rats after 8 weeks of treatment with 4 weeks of polysaccharides polysaccharide. Conclusion: The effect and pharmacodynamic mechanism of chologobaric polysaccharide in the treatment of fatty liver are as follows: adjusting lipid metabolism, lowering serum triglyceride and cholesterol, reducing fatty degeneration of hepatocytes, promoting the recovery of hepatocyte function, effectively treating steatohepatitis Lipid peroxidation, increase antioxidant enzyme activity, reduce lipid peroxidation product content.
