经国务院批准,由国家建材局、建设部、农业部、国家土地局联合召开的全国墙体材料革新工作会议,今天在北京开幕了.自1988年两部两局联合采用系统工程方法推进墙体材料革新与建筑节能工作以来,在国务院领导同志的关怀下,在综合部门的大力支持和各省市的共同努力下,这项工作取得了明显的进展和成效.然而,在新形势下,仍然面临不少问题亟待解决.这次会议的主要任务是:以中央十四届五中、六中全会精神和国务院国发[1992]66号文件的要求,认真总结8年来墙材革新和建筑节能工作所取得的成绩,交流各地开展这项工作的经验,表彰先进集体和先进个人;同时部署《全国培材革新“九五”计划和2010年发展规划》的目标和任务;探讨在新形势下解决墙改工作面临问题的办法和思路,以强有力的措施,加快推进步伐,加大推广应用力度,力促我国新型墙材发展和应用在“九五”期间上新台阶,为开创跨世纪的墙村革新事业,为实现可持续发展战略做出新贡献.
With the approval of the State Council, the National Wall Materials Innovation Conference jointly organized by the National Building Material Bureau, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the State Land Bureau opened today in Beijing. Achievements, exchange of experience in carrying out this work, commending advanced collectives and advanced individuals; deploying the goals and tasks of the National Ninth Five-Year Plan and the 2010 Development Plan; exploring the solution to the new situation The methods and ideas faced by the wall reform work faced with the problem, with strong measures to accelerate the pace of advancement, increase the promotion and application of strength, and urge China’s new wall material development and application In the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, we will take a new step to create a trans-century wall village innovation and make new contributions to the realization of a sustainable development strategy.
