林瑞庄村,坐落在沂蒙山区的腹地,只有23户人家。解放后,这里的群众,政治上是得到了解放,但由于自然条件和一些历史原因,经济上仍处于极端贫困落后状态,人均年收入不足60元。1981年,退伍军人、民兵连指导员邵士华,不计个人安危得失,带领群众大胆改革创新,四年迈了三大步。1985年,全村人均收入翻了六番,成了临沂地区第二个万元户村。
Lin Ruizhuang Village, located in the hinterland of Yimeng Mountain, only 23 families. After the liberation, the masses here were politically liberated. However, due to the natural conditions and some historical reasons, the people in the economy are still in a state of extreme poverty and backwardness. The annual per capita income is less than 60 yuan. In 1981, the well-to-do army and even the militia instructors, including Shao Shihua, took three major steps in four years, not counting the personal safety gains and losses and leading the masses to boldly reform and innovate. In 1985, the per capita income of the whole village doubled, becoming the second million households in Linyi Prefecture.
