在近十年的班主任工作中,我逐渐明白,虽然教师活动的空间常常局限在教室和办公室内,面前是三尺讲台,但教师的心是无私的,因为教师把自己的青春都献给了学生。青春是美好的,比青春更美好的是一颗高尚无私的心。多年的辛勤付出,换来了丰硕的成果。深知班主任要管理好一个班级是一项艰巨而繁重的工作,特别是做一位农村小学的班主任。我认真探索班主任工作经验,总结得失。在这里,我谈谈自己任班主任以来的一些体会。
During the past ten years of class teacher work, I gradually realized that although teachers ’activities are often confined to classrooms and offices, and there is a three-foot podium in front of them, teachers’ hearts are unselfish because teachers dedicate their youth to student. Youth is wonderful, better than youth is a noble selfless heart. Years of hard work, in exchange for fruitful results. It is an arduous and arduous task to know that a teacher should manage a class well, especially as a teacher of a rural primary school. I seriously explore the class teacher experience, sum up gains and losses. Here, I talk about some experience since I was head teacher.
