宪法确认一个国家政治权力的归属并加以保护,民法或物权法确认这个国家财产权的归属并加以保护,两者之间有着密切联系。宪法对政治权力归属的认定,必然要求它对财产权的归属也加以认定,并对所有者拥有的财产权予以确认和保护。这是任何一部宪法所必须具有的内容。民法或物权法
The Constitution affirms the vesting and protection of the political power of a country, and the civil law or the law of real right confirms the ownership of the state property and protects it. There is a close relationship between the two. The Constitution’s affirmation of attribution of political power necessarily requires that it also affirm the ownership of property rights and affirm and protect the property rights owned by the owner.
