目的建立反相高效液相色谱-蒸发光检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定蒺藜呋甾皂苷B的方法。方法色谱柱Vp-ODSC18柱,柱温40℃,流动相:乙腈-水(26∶74)→(28∶72)→(31∶69)→(50∶50)梯度,体积流量1mL/min,温度:105℃,气体流量:3.0mL/min。结果该方法的线性范围为2.0~10.0μg,r=0.9973,平均回收率为96.68%。结论方法准确,灵敏度高,专属性强,重现性好,可用于蒺藜药材中该成分的定量测定。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography-evaporation detection (HPLC-ELSD) method for the determination of albuterin B. Method Column Vp-ODSC18 column, column temperature 40 °C, mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (26:74) → (28:72) → (31: 69) → (50:50) gradient, volume flow 1mL/min, Temperature: 105°C, gas flow rate: 3.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of the method was 2.0-10.0 μg, r=0.9973, and the average recovery was 96.68%. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, specific, and reproducible. It can be used for the quantitative determination of this component in Poria cocos.
