目的通过对某高校附属医院科研管理现状的分析,对科研管理中存在的问题提出对策,从而提高医院科研管理能力和竞争力。方法从科研管理制度、管理理念、支撑条件、人员素质、档案管理、激励政策及伦理审查等方面展开讨论,积极探索解决相关问题的有效对策、途径和方法。结果转变科研模式、加大科研投入、提高人才素养、健全档案管理、完善奖励机制、普及伦理知识等措施能够提高科研管理及服务能力。结论利用全方位的科研管理手段,能够促进高校附属医院科研管理工作的科学化和规范化。
Objective To analyze the current situation of scientific research management in a university affiliated hospital, and to put forward countermeasures to the problems existing in scientific research management so as to improve the scientific research management ability and competitiveness of the hospital. Methods Discuss from scientific research management system, management idea, supporting condition, personnel quality, file management, incentive policy and ethical review, and actively explore effective countermeasures, ways and methods to solve relevant problems. Results The measures of changing the mode of scientific research, increasing investment in scientific research, improving the quality of human resources, perfecting the file management, improving the reward mechanism and popularizing ethical knowledge can improve the management and service ability of scientific research. Conclusion The use of a full range of scientific research management tools can promote scientific research and standardization of scientific research management in affiliated hospitals.
