随着人力资源工作的发展,企业中单纯的绩效考评变为了绩效管理,实现员工和企业的共同发展。但在绩效管理过程中,管理人员存在着思想、专业技能、沟通等多方面的问题,使企业的绩效管理工作开展并不尽如人意。本文针对企业中管理人员在绩效管理中存在的问题,指出对管理人员进行有针对性的培训是解决问题的一条有效途径,并具体阐述了如何进行有效地培训工作。
With the development of human resource work, the simple performance appraisal in the enterprise becomes the performance management, realizing the common development of employees and enterprises. However, in the process of performance management, managers have many problems such as thinking, professional skills and communication, which make the performance management of the enterprise unsatisfactory. This paper aims at the existing problems in performance management of managers in enterprises, and points out that targeted training of managers is an effective way to solve the problems, and elaborates how to carry out effective training.
