γ线照射可导致小鼠细胞内外超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力明显降低.分别于照射前后、单纯照射前及单纯照射后给小鼠腹腔注射基因工程重组人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(rhCu/ZnSOD),给药组小鼠细胞内外各抗氧化酶活力的降低程度明显减轻;平均活存时间和死亡率亦与对照组有显著差异.rhCu/ZnSOD的上述抗辐射效应,以照射前后联合给药组为最佳,单纯照射前给药组次之,单纯照射后给药组最差.
γ ray irradiation could significantly decrease the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and catalase (CAT) inside and outside the cells.After irradiation, The mice were injected intraperitoneally with genetically engineered rhCu / ZnSOD before and after irradiation. The anti-oxidation activities of anti-oxidase in the cells of the mice in the treated group were significantly reduced. The average survival time and The mortality was also significantly different from the control group.The above-mentioned anti-radiation effects of rhCu / ZnSOD were the best before and after irradiation, the administration group before irradiation and the irradiation group after irradiation were the worst.
