跨越式的经济发展战略,让近30年来的中国城市化进程得到显著发展。对城市的“营造者”而言,房产企业对于城市的责任感、历史使命感、未来城市发展视野以及理想人居的前瞻性理解等综合考量显得尤为重要。作为中国长三角核心、浙江民营企业最为活跃的区域,杭州涌现出了诸如绿都房产董事长邵法平先生这样的众多优秀民营房产企业家。从一定程度而言,正是他们参与并见证了中国房地产企业规模化、规范化的发展进程,也正是他们,为中国房地产发展提供了重要的力量支持。
By leaps and bounds in economic development strategy, so that the process of urbanization in China has made significant progress in the past 30 years. For the city’s “builder”, it is particularly important for real estate companies to take a comprehensive view of the city’s sense of responsibility, historical mission, future urban development vision and forward-looking understanding of ideal housing. As the core of the Yangtze River Delta in China, Zhejiang most private-run enterprises in the region, Hangzhou emerged such as Green Estate Chairman Shao Fasheng, many such outstanding private real estate entrepreneurs. To some extent, it is they who participated in and witnessed the large-scale and standardized development process of Chinese real estate enterprises. It is also they who provided important strength support for the development of real estate in China.
