在信息时代高速发展的今天,知识产权已经不是单纯的一项不关你我的法律名词,而是将要伴随我们大学生就业科研等等的一项重要热内容。保护好自己的知识产权变得尤为重要,本文主要探讨的是怎样提高我国当代大学生对知识产权的法律保护问题。只有不断的发现并决解在知识产权法律保护上的问题,才能使我国的知识产权法律保护不断的向前发展。
In today’s rapid development of the information age, intellectual property is no longer simply a legal term that does not concern you and me, but rather an important hot content that will accompany our university students in employment and scientific research. It is particularly important to protect our own intellectual property rights. This article mainly discusses how to improve the legal protection of contemporary intellectuals in our country.
