原发性血小板减少性紫癜(简称ITP)是以周围血中血小板减少,血块收缩不良,凝血酶原消耗时间缩短,临床上有出血倾向,骨髓中巨核细胞数正常或增加,脾脏一般不大为特征的出血性疾病。本院对13例经内科治疗无效的ITP患者施行了脾切除手术,术后疗效满意。临床资料:男4例,女9例;年龄最小者3岁,最大者55岁;病程最短4个月,最长达15年。本组13例有皮肤、粘膜、鼻衄和牙龈出血,女性患者以月经过多为主要症状。每次发
