病史摘要 张××,男,23岁,配料工。于1974年7月11日上午9时发生吸入性氢氰酸中毒,当即昏厥倒在聚丙烯液中并有少量吞入,五分钟后送保健站抢救。查体:患者面如土色,神志昏迷,频繁作呕,呛咳、呼吸困难,颈后仰稍有抵抗,心悸;双肺(一);四肢反射存在;血压120/80mmHg。抢救:立即剪开扒去已污染衣服,清水冲洗皮肤,给予亚硝酸异戊酯0.4ml压碎鼻前吸入,25％硫代硫酸钠25ml双肘静脉同时推注,用同一针头
Medical history Abstract Zhang × ×, male, 23 years old, ingredients workers.
