目的:探讨同伴支持在精神分裂症患者生活技能训练中的应用效果.方法:选取2015年12月～2016年12月入住我院的精神分裂症患者48例,随机分为训练组和对照组各24例.对照组给予精神科常规治疗与护理,训练组外加同伴支持式生活技能训练8周.训练前、训练4周和8周后,分别比较两组患者精神障碍者护理依赖程度评定和简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)得分.结果:训练前,两组患者精神障碍者护理依赖程度评定和BPRS得分均无明显差(P>0.05);训练4周和8周后,训练组精神障碍者护理依赖程度评定得分显著高于对照组,BPRS得分显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:对精神分裂症患者实施同伴支持式生活技能训练,可以提高患者生活自理能力,增强疗效,减轻家庭及社会负担,对改善精神残疾人生活质量具有促进作用.
