我们用特比萘芬(兰美抒)口服治愈了1例由断发毛癣菌变异株引起的10月龄婴儿黑点癣。该株病原菌菌落形态典型，但镜下却有大量的螺旋菌丝，其小分生孢子也呈多形性，呈棒形、气球形等，实属罕见。
