教师在教书育人工作中,德育教育占有重要位置,德育教育工作只能加强,不能放松和削弱。德育教育应该渗透在各门学科,生物也不例外。我国相关教育的法律法规都对教师教书育人工作提出了具体的规范要求,教师不仅要教好书,更重要的是教育好学生,对学生德育教育工作千万不能放松和忽视。可行措施如下:学校德育工作校长负总责,行政副校长专职负责,政务处负责全校日常教育教学过程中学生的德育教育工作;建立健全学生档案,加强学生全方位的教育管理;注重加强班主任队伍建设;利用多种形式,以各种节日为“楔入点”广泛开展对学生的德育教育;充分发挥学校“学生心理咨询室”的作用,不流于形式;结合生物课堂教学,开展德育。
