本文总结了176例不用尿道留置导尿管止血的经耻骨上前列腺切除术,并与文献报导的3组经耻骨上前列腺切除的类似手术结果进行比较。本组手术效果是良好的,特别是能减少术中和术后的失血量以及併发症。本组有104例在术中或术后输血,其中输血200毫升者60例;输血400毫升者31例;有13例因患高血压或因局部粘连于术中失血较多而输血超过400毫升。总之,采用尿道不留置导尿管的止血法施行耻骨上前列腺切除术治疗梗阻性前列腺病失血量显著减少,是一种安全有效的手术方法。
This article summarizes 176 cases of suprapubic prostatectomy without hemostasis of the urethral catheter and compared with similar surgical results reported in the literature of the three groups of suprapubic prostatectomy. This group of surgical results are good, in particular, can reduce intraoperative and postoperative blood loss and complications. This group of 104 patients during or postoperative blood transfusions, of which 60 were transfused 200 ml; transfusions of 400 ml in 31 cases; 13 cases of hypertension due to high blood pressure or due to local adhesions in the blood loss in the more blood transfusion more than 400 ml . In short, the use of urethral catheter without hemostasis in the implementation of suprapubic prostatectomy for the treatment of obstructive prostatitis significantly reduced blood loss, is a safe and effective surgical method.
