通过对三所社区医院１０４ 名社区卫生服务技术人员社区卫生知识与技能的需求调查，表明社区卫生人员的知识与技能不能满足城市居民日益增长的保健和医疗需求，社区卫生人员对大部分社区卫生知识与技能的掌握程度一般，急需培训的课程主要是预防保健专业知识及社区卫生服务急需技能，即：社区康复技能、急诊社区处理、心理学、社会医学、预防医学、健康教育、流行病学方法等。本次调查为社区卫生人员的在职教育提供了参考依据。
Through the investigation of the needs of community health knowledge and skills of 104 community health service technicians in Sanhu Community Hospital, it was demonstrated that the knowledge and skills of the community health workers could not meet the growing health care and medical needs of the urban residents, and the community health workers were responsible for most of the community health. Knowledge and skills are generally mastered. The courses that are urgently needed for training are mainly preventive health care professional knowledge and community health service urgently needed skills, namely: community rehabilitation skills, emergency community treatment, psychology, social medicine, preventive medicine, health education, epidemiology Method etc. This survey provides a reference for the in-service education of community health workers.
